For me, training has never just been about teaching skills but about unlocking potential.
I've spent more than 15 years in face-to-face fundraising, seeing the work from almost every angle: fundraiser, trainer, coach, manager, consultant, leader, and director. The thread running through all of it has always been training and development: helping people see what they are capable of, build confidence, and bring more of their potential into the work.
